Prototyping

NTM Inc. offers SLA, SLS, urethane molding, CNC machining and hand fabrication of prototypes.

Design/Engineering

NTM Inc. offers complete 3D design. We can take existing designs and improve on them or design your product from the ground up using an idea or sketch. Platforms include Solidworks, ProE, Unigraphics, and Catia.

New Product Development

NTM works with many individuals and companies to develop new ideas to bring to market. Whether a sketch of an idea or completed CAD files, NTM Inc. can help you take your idea and turn it into a reality.

Injection Molding

NTM Inc. has molding machines ranging from 50 – 2200 tons. We run a wide range of materials and specialize in high volume manufacturing. However we welcome existing jobs to quote or smaller short run projects as well. We currently do about 65% proprietary molding and 35% custom molding. We do private labeling as well as sell direct to several major retailers under our own brand names.

Metal Fabrication

We offer metal stamping and forming to assist in the manufacturing of your product. Often times metal components are required as a part of an assembly. We are able to supply most of your metal fabricating needs.

Vacuum Forming/Extrusion

NTM Inc. has partners we work with to offer vacuum forming and extrusion of large or small parts.

Decorating/Metalizing

NTM Inc. offers Hot stamping, Pad printing, silk screening and even vacuum metalizing of your parts.
